Once the user finalizes their design, they receive a customized floor plan that makes installation straightforward. This feature ensures that the process is easy to follow and provides clear guidance for those tackling the project themselves.
Omnichannel approach
During the configuration process, the user can purchase their terrace online or generate a PDF quote.
The PDF quote includes a unique code or QR code that the customer can bring to the I Love Terras showroom. The sales team can easily reload the configuration in the showroom and provide further assistance to finalize the sale.
